Who writes this site

Rob Steele runs Coastal Greens Farm, a Florida aquaponics and microgreens farm. He's also a technology executive (you can read more at robsteele.co). Running a small farm is what started this site: a lot of good local food is hard to find unless you already know where to look.

How farms get listed

We list a farm only after the farm confirms its own details with us, such as location, what it grows, and how people can buy. We don't copy listings from other directories, and we don't rate or rank farms.

Coastal Greens Farm appears on this site as one local example. Because Rob runs it, we'll always say so when it's mentioned.
